Cancellation Policy
By booking a service, session, class, or retreat through Sweetened By Honey: Beauty & Energy Emporium or Omniversal Truth, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies: Booking & Payments • All appointments require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking to reserve your space. • Deposits are non-refundable and may be applied toward your service total when completed. • Remaining balances are due before or at the time of service. Cancellations • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a 50% charge, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee. • Retreats, trainings, and group programs follow their own cancellation policy, which will be outlined separately. Late Arrivals • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. • Appointment time may be reduced to avoid delaying other clients, and full payment will still apply. Professional Conduct & Boundaries • All services are intended for wellness, energetic support, and empowerment. • No medical claims, diagnoses, or guarantees are made. • Respectful communication and behavior are expected at all times. Client Responsibility • Clients are responsible for sharing any relevant health concerns or conditions before their session. • Results vary based on individual participation, energetic readiness, and personal responsibility.
