Cancellation Policy
Mentorship Policy: Beauty & Energy Healing Pathways Welcome to your sacred journey of transformation through beauty, energy, and empowered embodiment. This mentorship is a commitment to your healing, expansion, and evolution. Please review the policy below to ensure mutual respect, clarity, and alignment. 1. Commitment & Integrity By enrolling in this mentorship, you are entering a co-creative container rooted in accountability, consistency, and soulful intention. Please honor your growth by showing up fully for each session and completing all spiritual or beauty-based assignments between sessions. 2. Payments & Refunds Full payment or agreed-upon deposit is required to confirm your space. Payment plans (if available) must be completed on schedule. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the mentorship begins, due to the energetic and time investment on both ends. In case of emergency, credits may be applied to future services at my discretion. 3. Scheduling & Rescheduling Sessions must be scheduled within the time frame of the mentorship unless otherwise agreed upon. You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or marked as forfeited. No-call/no-shows count as a completed session and are non-refundable. 4. Energetic Boundaries & Respect This is a sacred space. Disrespectful behavior, energy manipulation, or disregard for spiritual protocol will result in termination of services with no refund. Confidentiality is honored on both sides. 5. Voxer/Text Support (if included) Available during business hours: Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm EST. Please allow up to 24 hours for responses, though most replies will be quicker. This support is for ongoing guidance, check-ins, and energetic encouragement—not for emergency requests. 6. Client Responsibility You are responsible for your own healing, choices, and results. This mentorship offers sacred tools, guidance, and wisdom—but you are the alchemist.
