Cancellation Policy
By booking a service, session, class, or retreat through Sweetened By Honey: Beauty & Energy Emporium or Omniversal Truth, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies: Booking & Payments • All appointments require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking to reserve your space. • Deposits are non-refundable and may be applied toward your service total when completed. • Remaining balances are due before or at the time of service. Cancellations • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a 50% charge, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee. • Retreats, trainings, and group programs follow their own cancellation policy, which will be outlined separately. Late Arrivals • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. • Appointment time may be reduced to avoid delaying other clients, and full payment will still apply. Professional Conduct & Boundaries • All services are intended for wellness, energetic support, and empowerment. • No medical claims, diagnoses, or guarantees are made. • Respectful communication and behavior are expected at all times. Client Responsibility • Clients are responsible for sharing any relevant health concerns or conditions before their session. • Results vary based on individual participation, energetic readiness, and personal responsibility. Refunds • All digital products, e-books, PDFs, and downloads are final sale. • Deposits are non-refundable. • Retreats, trainings, and programs follow their own terms. Right to Refuse Service • We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service to anyone whose behavior is unsafe, disrespectful, or misaligned with the space being held. By booking, you confirm that you understand and consent to these terms.
