Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Payments are non-refundable once booked. 24-hour cancellation notice is required to reschedule your session. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, you will need to book a new session and repay in full. One reschedule is allowed with at least 24-hour notice; after that, a new payment will be required. No-shows (missing your session without notice) will result in full forfeiture of your payment. Sessions must be scheduled and completed within 30 days of purchase. All sales are final — no refunds or transfers once booked.
